Prior to earning her Florida Real Estate license in 2005, Cindy worked in the journalism and political arenas, reporting and producing for ABC News, CBS Sports and several major publications for 20 years. She also led several initiatives for the Mayor in Jacksonville and taught government, politics and journalism at the high school and college levels. This depth of experience has given her invaluable knowledge and resources to better serve her clients in such areas as communication, research, negotiating, problem solving, permitting, zoning and new construction.
As a Realtor, Cindy focuses on the individuals she’s serving rather than the property. “When working with a buyer, we don’t even talk about the perfect home until I fully understand his or her lifestyle, values, hopes and dreams.” If selling a home, Cindy identifies and focuses on the target buyer. She believes that no matter what the market conditions are, success comes from creativity, persistence and hard work. And most importantly, your home must be priced to sell.
Cindy is an empty nester who loves living in Venetian Isles, captaining her boat, Wildcat, spending time with family and her very spoiled dogs, while continuing her lifetime commitment to bettering the community.
